His practice areas include preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications. He also has experience in all aspects of patent and trademark validity and infringement counseling.

He was a lecturer on Korean patent law at Kookmin University.

He graduated from Seoul National University in 1980 with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and worked as a research engineer for a telecommunication company. He passed the korean patent attorney examination in 1990. Prior to establishing the Firm, Mr. Park had nine year experience in the intellectual property field.

He is a member of the Korea Patent Attorneys Association, the Asia Patent Attorneys Association, and the Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Licensing Executives Society.
